PRELIMINARY NOTICE OF 32ND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) OF THE MALAYSIAN DIETITIANS’ ASSOCIATION
Please be informed that the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Malaysian Dietitians’ Association (MDA) has been scheduled to be conducted as below:
Date: 4 July 2026 (Saturday)
Time: 4:45pm to 6:30pm
Venue: Summit 1, CCEC @ The Vertical Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid AGM using Zoom Platform)
In accordance with Clause No. 7.1.3 “Any member desirous of moving any resolution at the Annual General Meeting shall give notice in writing thereof to the Honorary Secretary not less than twenty days before the date of such meeting”. However, to facilitate the compilation of AGM documents, it is proposed for written resolutions to be submitted to the Honorary Secretary by email or mail by 10th June 2026. Please refer to the attachment for the important deadlines (Appendix 1). Please submit the completed form(s) to MDA Honorary Secretary by either way below:
