The dietetic course offers the pathway to quality as a Dietitian. They are trained to conduct nutritional assessment, nutrition diagnosis and nutrition intervention in prescribing and customizing the diet, whether normal or with modification of consistency or nutrient(s) to meet the needs of the individual based on the clinical diagnosis. The dietitian is a professional trained with the skills to provide dietary consultation in relation to medical and health, whether in disease - state or for wellness.
HOW TO QUALIFY AS A DIETITIAN?
There are two pathways to qualify as a dietitian in Malaysia, via the Undergraduate Course of Postgraduate Course:

UNDERGRADUATE QUALIFICATION ( 4 YEAR INTEGRATED COURSE, INCLUSIVE OF PRACTICAL DIETETIC INTERNSHIP TRAINING )
- Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Dietetics or
- Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Nutrition & Dietetics |
