Application for Membership
ORDINARY MEMBERS
Ordinary member shall be any person holding a degree, postgraduate diploma or any other recognized professional qualification in dietetics with clinical internship.
STUDENT MEMBERS
Student members shall be any full-time student studying nutrition and dietetics at tertiary level. Student membership shall expire at the receipt of the graduation certificate and does not automatically progress to full membership. Separate application for respective membership applies. Persons eligible for full membership shall not be approved for student membership.
MEMBERSHIP FEES
1. Ordinary member shall pay an annual membership fee of RM 50.
2. Student member shall pay an annual membership fee of RM 20.
Full refund of membership fees will be given to applicant if membership is not granted.
APPLICATION CHECKLIST
All applications must be accompanied with the following documents:
1. A copy of your degree or postgraduate diploma certificate and Transcripts
2. Course syllabus and contents
3. Evidence for clinical internship
4. Verification of membership in other Professional Associations
5. Any other supporting documents or information, such as brief summary of work experience.
6. Full payment of membership fees. Refund of membership fee will be given for applicants not granted membership.
